How It Works
Step 1: Navigate to the Accounts Section
From the Home Page, click on the “Accounts” tab in the main navigation menu (marked with red circle #1).
Step 2: Select Your Account Type
Click on “Current And Saving Account” from the account options displayed (marked with red circle #2).
Step 3: Access Account Statement
Once you’re in the account overview page, look for and click on “Saving and Current account statement” option on the right side of the screen (marked with red circle #3).
Step 4: Choose Your Account
Select the specific account for which you want to generate a statement from the dropdown menu (marked with red circle #4).
Step 5: Set Date Range
Specify the time period for your statement by selecting:
- The “From date” using the calendar picker (marked with red circle #5)
- The “To date” using the calendar picker (marked with red circle #6)
Step 6: View Account Details
The system will display your account information including:
- Available balance
- Account currency (USD)
- Account status (ACTIVE)
- Print date (showing when the statement was generated)
Step 7: Review Statement Summary
Scroll down to view the “Summary” section (marked with red circle #8) which shows:
- Starting balance
- Total transactions
- Ending balance
Step 8: Download Your Statement
Choose your preferred download option:
- Click “Export to Excel” to download as a spreadsheet
- Click “Print statement” to generate a printable PDF version
